• Students must be Angolans or descendants of diaspora Angolans in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

• Students must be between 13 and 18 years of age at the time of the deadline.

• All entries must be submitted and received with the completed application form by the deadline.

​

• Submit entries by sending them to contact.hlsca@gmail.com along with the completed application form (see below) .

• A student can apply in one category only.  ​​
