The HLSCA is a nonprofit volunteer organization committed to enhancing and exchanging citizen diplomacy and intercultural appreciation between the people from the city of Houston and the city of Luanda.
Our Vision
Be the bridge between the two cities to promote and intensify the quality and value of educational, cultural, and economic exchanges and humanitarian assistance.
We work together to implement projects, establishing local relationships to bring social and economic development to both cities through professional cooperation and cultural awareness.
