Happy New Year Everyone!

Thank you all for your support this past year. Without you, HLSCA would not be what we are today. We are grateful for our relationships, volunteers, members, youth, and our overall Sister Cities network as we continue toward our goal of citizen diplomacy and mutual respect across communities.

As you know, our association is known for working hard to create a vibrant exchange between citizens of Houston and Luanda and now the time has come for HLSCA’s election of the next board of directors. Please find below the information about the HLSCA board of directors candidates/nominees.​

I will not be seeking reelection as your president. Instead, I am serving as a Sister Cities International (SCI) board member and the SCI Angola country representative.

I would like to give a special thank you to all our members, for your continued participation and enthusiasm in our community, and sponsors for your incredible support and advice. Finally, I'd like to give a special shout-out of appreciation to our board of directors, for their tireless work on behalf of the HLSCA. Thank you all!
